The Portland Trailblazers were out to prove they were for real last night when they faced the team with the best record in the league and did so by earning a win over the Indiana Pacers.  Paul George led all scorers with a career-high 43 points, and LaMarcus Aldrige posted a 20/10 game.  The Spurs downed the Hawks by a basket as Tim Duncan posted his first 20/20 game of the season.  Houston suffered an embarrassing loss to the Jazz.  Harden posted a game-high 37 points.  The Washington Wizards finally reached .500 with a win over the Orlando Magic.  John Wall posted 13 assists.  And, in a triple-overtime victory, the New Orleans Pelicans earned the win that put them over .500 by defeating the Bulls.  Luol Deng posted a game high 37 points and Taj Gibson came off the bench to post a 20/10 game while the Pelicans got 36 points out of Ryan Anderson and double-doubles out of Jason Smith and Jrue Hliday.

Paul George posted a career-high 43 points.

There are a couple of legit picks for Line of the Night.  Paul George posted a career high 43 points and shot over .500 to get it.  Deng posted 37 points with a healthy number of rebounds and assists.  Gibson came off the bench to record 5 blocks and post a 20/10 game and Jrue Holiday was flirting with a triple-double.  But my pick goes to Tim Duncan.  A 20/20 game is hard enough to pull off, but he did it with a FG% of .666 and threw in some nice defensive stats, and all at the ripe age of 37, making him the oldest player to ever post a 20/20 game.  That is an NBA record worthy of Line of the Night.
