Mr. Drummond is quickly emerging as one of the best centers in the league. Now he’s just got to get that FT% up to .500.

Andre Drummond was a rebound short of a 30/20 game as the Pistons rolled over the 76ers.  David West has a 20/10 game as the Pacers maintained the best record in the league with a win over the Clippers in a potential preview of this season’s NBA finals.  Paul George posted a game-high 27 points.  Brian Shaw is taking a page out of Greg Popovich’s book and brought his bench out early as the Nuggets made short work of the Toronto Raptors.  Timothy Mozgov posted 16 points and 15 rebounds.  The Kings lost to the Warriors by a basket: Stephen Curry led all scorers with 36 points.  Kevin Love and Nikola Pekovic both posted double-doubles, but it was not enough to overcome Kevin Durant’s triple-double as the Thunder beat the T-Wolves: 113-103.  Durant was also 1 block and 1 steal short of a 5X5 game.  The Pelicans handed the Knicks their 13th loss of the season as Ryan Anderson came off the bench to post a game-high 31 points.  Carmelo Anthony posted a 20/10 game.  Al Jefferson posted a double-double and Kemba Walker scored a game-high 27 points, but it was not enough as the Bobcats lost to the Miami Heat by the narrowest of margins.  And the Portland Trailblazers got back to their winning ways with a victory of the Lakers.

Paul George and David West helped the Pacers improve to 16-1.

Kevin Durant is the clear cut pick for Line of the Night.  Not only was he the second leading scorer with a better than .500 percentage from the floor, bur he posted a triple-double and had some amazing defensive stats, grabbing 4 steals and getting bloc blocked shots.  Any other night of the week, and this would have just as easily went to Andre Drummond, who nearly posted a 30/20 game and had some nice defensive stats himself (his total number of steals and blocks equals Durant’s).  But Durant has a slight edge on the rebounds+assists count (22>19), and though Drummond posted a far more impressive FG%, his FT% kind of cancels that out.
