The San Antonio Spurs hosted their fellow Texans from Dallas as they managed to beat the Mavericks.  The game marked the return of point guard Tony Parker who led the team in assists and points.  The Knicks visited Chicago, where their struggles continued as they lost their sixth straight game.  Tynson Chandler posted an evening-high 22 rebounds in the game, but it was not enough to overcome a triple-double form Joakim Noah.  The Utah Jazz put a scare into the Indiana Pacers, coming to within 3 points to defeating the top seeded team in the NBA, despite having one of the worst records, but the Pacers ended up securing the win behind a game-high 25 points from David West.  Al Jefferson led the Bobcats with 25 points, but it was not enough to overcome the Thunder as Kevin Durant poured in a game-high 28 points and an uncharacteristically highly efficient shooting night form Russell Westbrook..  The 76ers fell to the Magic.  Tobias Harris posted a game-high 32 points for the winning side, and Nikola Vucevic helped out with 17 rebounds.  Jeff Teague seemed to get the better of Goran Dragic, posted 29 points and 9 assists to Dragic’s 19 points and 8 assists, but Gerald Green exploded for a game-high 33 points to help lead the Suns past the Hawks.  And finally, the Warriors visited the Raptors and though Stephen Curry was able to drop an evening-high 34 points, it was the Raptors who came out on top behind a team-high 32 points from All-Star shooting guard DeMar DeRozen.

Tobias Harris puts up 2 of his team-high 31 points to lead Orlando past Philly.

My pick for Line of the Night goes to Joakim Noah.  I realize that his point total is a little meager, but it is impressive for a player to not only post elite point guard numbers form the center position, while still getting enough boards to match the league leader in rebounds, but when that player also add solid defensive numbers, it is hard to deny the impact of a game like that.  Several guys are deserving of mention though, among them DeMar DeRozen, Tobias Harris, Gerald Green, who scored 33 with only 14 FGA, ad Stephen Curry, as well as Tyson Chander who had a monster night on the boards and Nikola Vucevic, who likewise rocked the glass and also managed to post some solid scoring numbers as well.
