The Houston Rockets had a statement game against the division rival San Antonio Spurs as the Rocket went on the road and earned a victory over the defending conference champions.  Only two Spurs starters broke double digits and none scored more than 13 points, though Duncan did post a game-high 6 blocks.  Dwight grabbed 20 rebounds and James Harden posted 28 points.  Pau Gasol posted a double-double, but the Lakers fell at home to the Miami Heat.  Bosh, Wade and James all had All-Star caliber performances in the win.  The Thunder put on a clinic in Madison Square Gardens, embarrassing the Knicks: 123-94.  Russell Westbrook posted a triple-double in the win, and Kevin Durant scored a game-high 29 points.  The Chicago Bulls met up with the Brooklyn Nets and came away with a win.  And, finally, the Clippers hosted the Warriors as two of the best point guards in the league (Chris Paul and Stephen Curry) went head-to-head.  The Clippers and Warriors both had three player post double-doubles, and though Chris Paul likely won the point-guard match up, it was the Warriors who came away with the win, by a margin of two point.

Russell Westbrook posted a triple-double last night as the Thunder destroyed the Knicks.

Touch call tonight.  Jordan and Duncan both had 6 blocks, which is impressive, and though Jordan had 13 boards to go along with that and was a perfect 6/6 from the floor, his assists and points are a little low.  Westbrook’s triple-double is impressive, but he has a low point total due to a horrid night from the floor that saw him shoot .333.  Dwight Howard had the highest rebounds+assists number last night, in part because he grabbed an amazing 20 rebounds, and he actually scored more points than Westbrook and shot a much higher percentage (7/12).  The 20/10 games from Griffin, Paul, Bosh and Lee were all impressive, but I think getting 20 rebounds and 15 points is more impressive than getting 23 points and 13 rebounds, so I’m going with Dwight for Line of the Night, but it is a tough call.
